The donation is made using their own personal credit/debit card and not reimbursed by anyone else;
The donation is not made using funds from a national bank or a federal contractor;
The donor is a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable campaign finance laws.

You must provide accurate and complete information when making a contribution.
Liability and Indemnification
By accepting these terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless David Blewett for Dallas City Council, D6, and its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement regarding any suspected illegal activity.
Processing Funds
When you make a contribution, your card will be charged immediately. For your protection, we do not store your credit card information. Instead, payment data is securely transmitted to our third-party payment processor (anedot).
Refunds
We do our best to honor refund requests related to errors such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts. However, we typically do not offer refunds due to changes in political opinion or election outcomes. Refunds are subject to fund availability and must be requested promptly.
Intellectual Property
All content on blewett.com — including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics — is the property of David Blewett for Dallas City Council, D6. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
